Jim's construction experience began at age 12, working summers doing siding with his father. At age 16, he became a volunteer firefighter. After four years of serving in the U.S. Army, Jim started his career in disaster restoration as a laborer. Through hard work and consistency, Jim worked his way up the ranks. He became an operations manager for a national restoration company specializing in the healthcare industry, and today he's the co-owner of CORE TEAM.
