Noel and the Core Team came to the rescue when we had a flooded basement. He was the only person from any of the water mitigation companies to return our calls. He was extremely responsive , gave great advice in dealing with the insurance company, and I felt he was honest through the whole process. He quoted high.....but then after the work was done he significantly reduced the cost because the work was not as extensive as possible. His crew was great! I hope I never have to use his services again.....but if I needed to, he would be the first person we would call.
